About this generator
Percentages are everywhere: sales, test scores, surveys, interest and nutrition labels. These worksheets build the skill step by step. Younger pupils start with friendly percentages such as 10 %, 25 % and 50 % of round amounts, which can be solved with mental math and simple fractions. Older pupils move on to any percentage, finding what share one number is of another, working backwards to the whole from a known part, and calculating price increases and discounts. Word problems use everyday situations like shop sales, class surveys and sports results, and every answer in the key includes the right unit, such as pupils, litres or the local currency. All numbers are chosen so the answers come out cleanly at the easier levels, while the harder levels include decimals. The answer key is calculated by the website, never guessed, so it always matches the tasks. No sign-up is needed and no personal data is collected.
